Members Enjoy a Fantastic SWR Meet

It was wonderful to see so many members at the annual SWR Meet in June, enjoying another fantastic weekend of camping, friendship, laughter and great company.

There was plenty to keep everyone entertained, including a lively boules competition, tumbling towers, charity horse racing and a colourful fancy-dress parade. Two great evenings of entertainment and dancing added to the fun, with something for everyone to enjoy.

The fantastic atmosphere made it a weekend to remember. It was lovely to catch up with familiar faces while also welcoming new members and making new friends.

The meet also gave Tamar DA the opportunity to share some exciting news, next May, Tamar DA will be celebrating its 50th Anniversary! And invited all members to what promises to be a very special occasion, and the region look forward to celebrating this wonderful milestone with members.
