South West Region Meet 2026

The South West Region is delighted to announce that the 2026 South West Region Meet will take place at the fantastic Beehive Field, Bradford on Avon, from Thursday 18 to Monday 22 June 2026.

Set in the heart of Wiltshire countryside, Beehive Field offers the perfect backdrop for everything the South West Region Meet is known for: friendly faces and a programme packed with fun. Whether members are long-standing regulars or thinking about coming along for the first time, everyone is warmly welcomed and encouraged to join in at their own pace.

What’s happening over the weekend?

The celebrations kick off on Friday evening with music and dancing, courtesy of the fantastic Plump Hill Band a lively Ceilidh Band – a brilliant way to start the weekend and shake off the journey down.

On Saturday morning, it’s time for some light‑hearted competition with Boules and the ever‑popular Tumbling Towers. Later in the day, members can enjoy the spectacle of Horse Racing, and everyone is warmly encouraged to dress for the races to add to the fun and atmosphere, followed by a delicious Spitting Pig feast to round off the afternoon.

Saturday evening promises more entertainment with Ant & Dave, guaranteeing laughs, sing-alongs, and a great atmosphere for all.

The weekend concludes on Sunday with the SWR AGM, offering members the opportunity to hear updates, share ideas, and help shape the future of the region.

We’re pleased to share that the funds raised from the weekend’s raffle will be donated to the Chairman’s Charity, the RNLI.
